Created using continuous light and long exposure, these images follow movement rather than arrest it. The dancer’s body dissolves into gesture; light becomes texture; motion leaves behind an echo of its passing.

Some images retain the human figure. Others move towards complete abstraction, occupying a space between photography, painting and memory.

This is not simply a study of dance, but of presence, absence and the fleeting nature of movement.
